Our evening winter fitness program has been changed. The week starts off with Group Fit–a class that will push your limits as far as you want to go. Short Circuit has moved to Tuesday with its emphasis on short intense circuits that move from weights through cardio to core. Try out the Body Blast–Core Strong on Wednesday that incorporates cross training, circuit and a mix of other formats. Its emphasis is on a total body workout to improve strength, flexibility and endurance.

Our fitness program uses a variety of equipment to ensure you get the best fitness experience. Instructors select their equipment setup weekly from exercise balls (large and small), exercise bands, weights, mats, steps, skipping ropes–whatever is needed for that class. We recommend that you show up early to get set up for your workout.

New Focus in Zumba®!

It’s a new day, a new time and a new focus for this class!. It’s Zumba® International Flavours that goes beyond the four basic Latin rhythms. This class will also incorporate African, Indian and Caribbean rhythms and introduce some belly dance, quebredita and tango to spice up your workout.
