Fitness Schedule

Our fitness program uses a variety of equipment to ensure you get the best fitness experience. Instructors select their equipment setup weekly from exercise balls (large and small), exercise bands, weights, mats, steps, skipping ropes–whatever is needed for that class. We recommend that you show up early to get set up for your workout.
