It is with sadness that JPRA announces the retirement of Mike Auger as a longtime instructor–more than 20 years–with our fitness program.
Mike has been a Tuesday evening fixture in the program. He has taught many of us step, total body strength, core and powerful abs classes, and list goes on. For more than 20 years, Mike has been dedicated to helping all of us learn the importance of a strong core, abs, back muscles and of staying committed to strengthening the core in order to be strong in other fitness workouts.
Everyone who has worked out under your instruction and guidance, Mike, and all of us at the Association, wish all the best in your future endeavours!
