This is a relaxing and friendly class that offers lots of modifications so you can tailor each yoga pose to your own needs. Through this class, you’ll connect with your inner rhythm, increase physical strength and flexibility, improve balance and coordination, reduce stress, and develop resilience to help you cope with the everyday ups and downs. Purchase a 10-Visit Yoga Pass for $110.00 (+ HST). You can use it over the winter session to drop into any Yoga class.
