The exercise program is based on the principles of interval training, metabolic resistance training and high intensity interval training [HIIT]. These exercise concepts are scientifically proven to help people lose weight, burn body fat and increase strength. And they can be tough–but it’s always up to you how hard you want to push. This workout is designed to make you leave feeling good and strong after completing it. Our trainers will push, guide and motivate you the entire way.

(Please arrive early to set up equipment.)

Focus: Cardiovascular Strength and Toning

Fitness offer:

  • Register for One Class and Get a Second Class of Equal or Lesser Value at 50% Off!
  • Purchase a 10-visit pass for only $75.00(+HST). The passes are restricted for use within each session. Not available in the summer session.

 NOTE: You can register for a fitness class any time during the session. Fees are prorated.
