The exercise program is based on the principles of interval training, metabolic resistance training and high intensity interval training [HIIT]. These exercise concepts are scientifically proven to help people lose weight, burn body fat and increase strength. And they can be tough–but it’s always up to you how hard you want to push. This workout is designed to make you leave feeling good and strong after completing it. Our trainers will push, guide and motivate you the entire way. (Please arrive early to set up equipment.)
