It’s a high-level, high-intensity workout designed to test your endurance and make you sweat. HIIT will challenge you at different points throughout the workout from Tabata, to interval training, to circuits. It’ll even provide the mental stimulation you need to fuel your physical transformation! This class burns your fat for fuel! (Please arrive early to set up equipment.)

Focus: Cardiovascular Strength and Toning

  • Purchase a 10-visit pass for only $75.00(+HST). The passes are restricted for use within each session.  Not available for summer session.


NOTE: You can register for a fitness class any time during the session. Fees are prorated.
