    A high intensity class! It focuses on building cardiovascular strength and endurance through challenging routines of intervals and higher intensity options. You will keep your heart rate and pace up throughout the class and learn to train in both aerobic and anaerobic zones. Provides a definite challenge for veterans and avid participants.

  • Fall Registration Opening Dates

    All Programs will be open for Fall at 12:00 p.m. on Monday, August 13th.

    City of Ottawa
    Swimming and Aquafitness- Online/Touch Tone on August 13th at 9:00 p.m. In person August 14th.

    Other Programs- Online/Touch Tone on AUgust 15th at 9:00 p.m. In person August 16th.

  • Tennis Classes Cancelled

    The tennis classes Thursday, July 19th are cancelled due to instructor illness.

    Make up classes will be on Monday, July 30th at the same time as your regularly scheduled class.

    All make up classes will be held on the courts behind the Jack Purcell Community Centre.
