Run & Train for a 5K

In this program we will run and train for a last week 5-KM (3.1 mile) “race”.  It is a foundation program of the Galloway Method, which includes run-walk-run training.  Join us for some fun outside as well as great cardio!

Make-up runs due to extreme inclement weather will be added at the end of the session.

 

PLEASE NOTE:  This program is not part of the 50% discount Fitness offer.
