Try out this workout, which challenges your body by keeping your muscles, cardio levels and endurance off balance. This is an evolving program that improves your fitness level by making frequent changes or short circuiting the routines. Our bodies adapt to things quickly, so it’s important that your workouts change constantly to stay one step ahead and avoid reaching a plateau.
