Try out this workout, which challenges your body by keeping your muscles, cardio levels and endurance off balance. This is an evolving program that improves your fitness level by making frequent changes or short circuiting the routines. Our bodies adapt to things quickly, so it’s important that your workouts change constantly to stay one step ahead and avoid reaching a plateau. Your entire body will be engaged through this challenging workout.(Please arrive early to set up equipment. Wear proper shoes and bring water.)

  • Purchase a 10-visit pass for only $75.00(+HST). The passes are restricted for use within each session.  Not available for summer session.

 NOTE: You can register for a fitness class any time during the session. Fees are prorated.

  • After School Registration

    Any After School Program registration requests received after August 21st are being held and reviewed for approval by the Children and Youth Programs Coordinator. All registrations will be processed in sequence, depending on the program numbers and staffing, with delayed start dates commencing as soon as possible. In general, please allow for a minimum of up to two weeks processing time.
