Start your week off right! Teens 11-15 years old are invited to come and learn how to strike a proper yoga pose. This class introduces yoga foundations, breathing and stretching. The focus is on learning some basic postures, how to relax and stretch. Teens will have fun discovering moves and poses for relaxation.
