Start your Saturday morning off right! You’ll be introduced to Yoga foundations, breathing and stretching techniques. The focus is on learning some basic postures, how to relax and stretch, and how to “Strike a Yoga Pose.” Youth will have fun discovering moves and poses for relaxation.

For youth 11 to 15 years.
